1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Bedtime Stories app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including parents, guardians, and any children who access the App under a parent or guardian's supervision.

2. Description of Service

Bedtime Stories provides a curated library of narrated bedtime stories designed for children and families. The App offers both free and premium content, with premium access available through subscription plans.

Stories include audio narration and may include text content, illustrations, and other multimedia elements. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any content or feature at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

You may browse free content without an account. To access premium features, you must create an account using email or supported third-party authentication services (such as Google Sign-In).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App and ensuring compliance with these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium access is available through auto-renewing subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance at the interval you select (monthly or annually).

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

All payments are processed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to the app store from which you purchased the subscription.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

5. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

All content provided through the App, including stories, audio recordings, illustrations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Bedtime Stories and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

You may not record, download (except through authorized offline features), or redistribute audio content from the App.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App; (e) use any automated means to access or scrape content from the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

While we strive to provide age-appropriate content, parents and guardians are ultimately responsible for determining the suitability of content for their children.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bedtime Stories and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App or contacting us. Subscription cancellations are governed by the app store terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
